YOGASANA WITH NICOLE
Practicing Restorative Vinyasa Yoga with Nicole will get you the results you need from sciatic nerve pain, neck, hip, and low back pain while connecting with breath focus in this 60 minute class.
This class is designed to combine breath focus, mind-body connection, as well as releasing tense and immobile fascia to retrieve the results needed from a movement based, body loving class. I've been working with the body clinically for over 17 years, and have been instructing Yoga for 8 years. I am here to help you feel better by long holding poses to better support fascia release. |

I want you to find ways to help your body release tension in a way that works for you, so we're using bolster blankets, blocks, and straps to bring the floor closer, the limbs more in reach, so that your practice is more accessible to you.
