Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of manual manipulation of the skin, not to be confused with massage, that encourages the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues and out of the body though various lymph nodes located all over the body.



Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) can help our body's waste management system, otherwise known as our Lymphatic System clear out bacteria filled fluids that our bodies no  longer need.
