I've been using these cups for a while now and I love their versatility. They were implemented in my mobile massage business to further manual care while keeping things clean and safe. These cups are easily the best thing I have laying around my living room (after my dogs!). With some oil, you can 'park' or glide these cups over tight areas of the back, shoulders, legs and arms. I highly recommend referring to my post here: (www.facebook.com/nicolemillermassage/posts/1379054882282779) and watching some video on the process before you try it out. I do not recommend more than 20 mins at at time as the suction can be more than it feels after some time. You might get a little 'hickey' mark, that is normal and only stagnated blood that's risen to the surface of the skin. It's a good thing as it's moving the tight locked up tissue in the muscle and allowing blood flow and more oxygen which increases healing time. *Please use caution with all in-home therapy and stop use if any negative reactions occur.
